CEO and Founder Logan Harris accepted the honor yesterday at the Innovation Awards Ceremony held at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center.
The award recognizes Spotter Global’s recent breakthrough in radar surveillance: Compact Holographic 3D Radar Technology (CH3D™). By implementing this pioneering methodology, Spotter Global has produced the GAX500-3D—the first in a new series of CH3D radars and currently the fastest radar system in the world.
Engineered specifically to counter evolving UAS swarm threats, the GAX500-3D represents a reinvention of the small radar category. This marks a repeat victory for Spotter Global, which previously won a Utah Innovation Award in 2013 for developing the world’s first compact surveillance radars.
